Online public procurement: MINMAP deplores a low level of enthusiasm among actors for the use of the Coleps platform

According to Cameroon Tribune, at the end of August 2021, only 76 contracts had been awarded online, out of the 200 expected from the 60 players involved in the pilot phase. The Minister of Public Procurement (MINMAP), Mr. Ibrahim Talba Malla Oumate, invites contracting authorities and delegated contracting authorities to make better use of the dedicated platform, the Cameroon Online E-procurement System (Coleps).
